The Secretary's Role
The Regional Grand Secretary is the principal administrative officer of the Regional Grand Lodge, responsible for the smooth functioning of all lodges, chapters, and bodies under the jurisdiction of Northern India.
R.W. Bro. Anish K. Kohli brings decades of Masonic experience and administrative excellence to this critical role. Serving simultaneously as Secretary for the Craft, Chapter, and Mark workings, he is the primary point of contact for all lodge secretaries, candidates, and enquiries across the region.
His responsibilities encompass all correspondence between the Regional Grand Lodge and the Grand Lodge of India, the coordination of the Annual and Half-Yearly Communication, the administration of lodge registrations and byelaw submissions, and the oversight of all official circulars and communications.
Registration of new lodges, processing of petitions, and maintenance of lodge records across all three workings.
Drafting and issuing all circulars, notices, and official correspondence to 133 lodges and chapters.
Organising Annual and Half-Yearly Meetings, coordinating officer installations, and maintaining Minutes.
Reviewing and approving lodge byelaws in conformity with the GLI Book of Constitutions.
